At The Motorcycle Jackets, we’re committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. We make returns and exchanges as easy as possible to give you peace of mind. If there’s an issue with your product, just send us an email with photos to show the damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest. If your product is defective or damaged, we’ll issue a full refund.
We accept returns within 30 days
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Product Condition
For returns, the item must be in like-new condition, unopened, or unused.
Return Charges
You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the product back, we’ll issue a full refund right away.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- You received the wrong product
- The product has defects
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product shows signs of tampering
- The size doesn’t match our size chart
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on custom orders.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal, credit, or debit card). We process refunds within 6-8 business days after receiving the returned product.
Although we offer free worldwide shipping, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund.
