Custom Motorcycle Jackets Order Requirements

Please carefully review the following requirements before placing your custom jackets order:

• Jacket Style: Choose the type of jacket you want: Leather, Textile, or Hybrid. Specify additional design features such as zippers, buckles, or vents.
• Size & Fit: Provide your size based on our size chart, or send in your measurements for a custom fit. Measurements should include chest, waist, arm length, and overall jacket length.
• Material Preferences: Select the material you prefer for the jacket's outer layer (e.g., cowhide leather, synthetic leather, Cordura, etc.) and any specific color preferences.
• Lining & Padding: Specify the type of inner lining (e.g., cotton, mesh, quilted) and any additional padding required for comfort and protection (e.g., back, chest, shoulder pads).
• Customization Options: Customize your jacket with embroidered or printed logos, patches, or artwork. Please provide vector files (e.g., .ai or .eps) for artwork.
• Reflective Strips: If safety is a priority, add reflective strips or piping for improved visibility at night or in low-light conditions.
• Ventilation: Indicate any required ventilation options, such as mesh panels or zippered vents, to keep the jacket breathable during hot weather.
• Sleeve & Collar Options: Choose from different collar designs (e.g., stand-up collar, snap collar) and sleeve lengths (e.g., standard, short sleeve, or long sleeve with adjustable cuffs).
• Zippers & Closures: Specify zipper types (e.g., YKK zippers), snap buttons, or other closures that meet your preferences. You can also choose zippered cuffs and waist adjustments for a personalized fit.
• Quantity: Minimum order is 10 jackets for custom orders. Discounts are available for larger quantities.
• Lead Time: Custom jackets typically take 4-6 weeks for production. This can vary based on design complexity and material availability.
• Price Estimate: The price depends on the materials, customization, and quantity. A detailed quote will be provided after reviewing your requirements.
• Payment Terms: 100% deposit required upon order confirmation.
